Connecticut Landscaper Guide is a free directory that lists landscaper businesses across Connecticut. Your listing comes from publicly available information, and your score is calculated from Google reviews using the same methodology applied to every business. Being listed costs nothing, and payment will never influence your score or ranking. This page explains how to correct information, dispute your score, or request removal of your listing. Correcting your information

Factual fields in your listing (business name, address, phone number, website, hours, and services offered) can be corrected when you provide the right information along with something to verify it. A link to your official website, your Google Business Profile, or a screenshot from your own records all work. Once we apply a correction, it stays in place through future updates.

Disputing your score

Your score is never edited by hand. A dispute is a report that the data feeding your score is wrong, such as your profile being matched to a different business, reviews attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary of reviews that misstates what reviewers actually wrote. We re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; it is a claim that the input is incorrect.

Requesting removal

Your listing will be removed if your business is permanently closed, if the listing is a duplicate, or if it falls outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly verification cycle also removes closed businesses automatically. If your listing is accurate and in scope, we will decline removal and explain why plainly.

How quickly you will hear back

Every request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Removals that are approved are completed within 7 days. Requests we decline come with a clear explanation of the reason.
